We prepare zucchini for the winter: crispy and spicy.

On my channel, I share my experience of losing weight, a menu for the day and recipes for dishes with KBZHU.

At the request of regular readers, while preparing the second batch of zucchini for the winter, "ala mother-in-law's language", prepared a recipe with the calculation of KBZHU.

The first batch of blanks began to disappear without waiting for winter - it's so delicious for us.

Cooking takes no more than 15-20 minutes of your time and 40 minutes for cooking (practically without your participation).

We prepare all products.

I strongly recommend that you cut the courgettes into large enough cubes, without making the standard cuts for "mother-in-law".

The zucchini are crispy - you will lick your fingers.

So, cut the zucchini into cubes.

Chop sweet peppers and tomatoes at random, peel the garlic.

Using a meat grinder, or like me using a blender bowl, grind tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic. I also add a small pod of hot pepper.

Put the zucchini, processed tomatoes with pepper and garlic in a saucepan of the appropriate size.

Add a glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt and a glass of fragrant sunflower oil.

Cook for 40 minutes over medium heat, covered.

At the end, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar essence (70%) and mix.

We put it in the banks and enjoy delicious zucchini in winter!

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 kg (neat weight),
  • 1 kg of tomatoes,
  • 4 sweet peppers (450 g pure weight),
  • 2 heads of garlic (120 g pure weight),
  • 1 small hot pepper pod
  • 1 cup of vegetable aromatic oil (150 g),
  • 1 glass of sugar (180 g),
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon 70% vinegar essence.

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 82, B - 0.86, F - 4.29, U - 10.1.
