They could be eaten instead of bread and just like that. Since then, when I remember my grandmother, I bake these sour cream rolls even if I don't have to go anywhere.

Sour cream rolls recipe
Turn on the oven 180 ° C degrees.
I have 250 g of wheat flour and I will add 50 g of whole grain rye flour to it, as well as 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp Sahara.
I mix 200 g of sour cream with one egg.
I will add 100 g of chopped butter to the flour and grind it along with the flour.
I will make a hole in the center and pour sour cream and egg there.
I will stir first with a fork and then with my hands.
You do not need to knead the dough, it is enough when it becomes smooth and does not stick to your hands.
I roll the finished dough into a sausage and cut into portions.
I prepared a baking sheet and put parchment on top of it.
I put the shaped rolls on parchment. I got 30 pieces from this test.
I send the baking sheet to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Be sure to let the ready-made sour cream rolls cool. Hot dough is very harmful, as my grandmother said, volvulus can be obtained.
