But the reality is that whether you lose weight or not depends only on the presence of a calorie deficit, and no matter how you eat potatoes or not.
When counting calories, I calmly eat potatoes, which did not prevent me from achieving success in losing weight and maintaining weight.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for potatoes with cheese and garlic - a fragrant dish with a wonderful KBZHU.

Cooking.
The first stage of cooking depends on how much free time you have.
Potatoes can be baked until tender - it will take longer, but tastier.
I boiled the potatoes until tender. You can use the microwave.
Next, put the potatoes on a baking sheet and knead them gently with a spoon, opening them.
Salt and pepper the potatoes, sprinkle with dry (or fresh finely chopped) garlic. I also added potato seasoning.
If the potatoes have fallen apart a little, it's okay, we help him to gather with our hands.
Lubricate each potato with butter, which was previously melted in the microwave.
Sprinkle with cheese (I have mozzarella for pizza).
And we send it to the oven so that the cheese melts and a cheese crust forms.
That's all - the aromatic cheese and garlic potatoes are ready!
Thanks to the cheese crust, the potatoes keep their shape perfectly, even if they were previously crumbled.

- cheese - 60 g (I have mozzarella for pizza),
- salt, dried garlic, black pepper, favorite dry herbs (I have a seasoning for potatoes),
- 10 g butter.
