Delicious buckwheat bread. Why buy in the store when you can easily cook at home. Homemade cakes are always tastier. I really love it when the house smells of bread. This is the smell from childhood, the smell of comfort and kindness. And buckwheat bread is even more fragrant! And even tastier!

HOW TO COOK:
I wash the buckwheat well and fry it in a dry frying pan. Stir constantly. When a very tasty aroma of fried buckwheat appears and the cereal begins to crackle, I remove it from the heat. Let the buckwheat cool down a little.
Then I grind the cereals in a blender. But you do not need to grind to the state of flour. If you come across pieces of buckwheat, it's even tastier. I leave a little cereal intact (about 1-2 tablespoons)
I combine chopped buckwheat and whole cereals in a bowl. I fill it with hot water and leave it for about 20 minutes.
I dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar and a spoonful of flour. This foam should appear on top:
I knead the dough. I add buckwheat, salt, prepared yeast mixture and vegetable oil to the sifted flour. I knead the dough with a mixer. But you can knead it with your hands, of course.
The dough is a little sticky - this is normal.
Put the dough in a greased dish, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 50-60 minutes. You can put a bowl of dough in the oven and turn on the light bulb - this will make the dough "more comfortable".
After about 50 minutes, you can form a loaf. I cook in the form of a loaf.
On top of the loaf, I make several cuts with a knife. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for another 25 minutes.
Then I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Look in your oven! The bread should brown well.
I leave the finished bread on the wire rack until it cools. And that's it! You can cut and taste)) Very tasty! Airy and aromatic! And whole buckwheat grains are like seeds. Unusual!
