Ingredients:
500 gr. minced meat
5-8 eggs (boiled hard)
3 tbsp. l. flour
breadcrumbs
salt
ground pepper
2 raw eggs

How to cook:
1. Eggs are carefully peeled from the shell so as not to break.
2. Add salt and pepper to the minced meat, a raw egg and mix well and beat off better. You can add your favorite seasonings.
3. Mash a little minced meat in a thin layer on the palm and put the egg in the middle. Cover the egg with minced meat to make a cutlet.
4. Roll the cutlet in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and immediately fry in a large amount of vegetable oil until crusty. About 15 minutes.
Serve with a vegetable side dish.

How to cook:
1. Boil eggs in a hard boil, peel and put in a sterilized jar.
2. Prepare the marinade: mix 250 ml of water, 1 tsp. l. sugar, 1 tsp l. salt, 250 ml of vinegar 3-6% and 2 tsp. l. spices.
What you can get from spices: cloves, bay leaves, a mixture of various peppers that are sold in the market or in the store will do.
For spicy lovers, you can even add chili pepper.
To make the eggs colored, you can put a few pieces of beets, a sprig of dill in the marinade.
Boil the marinade for 10 minutes.
3. Pour the hot marinade over the eggs, close the lid and let cool. Refrigerate.
4. The eggs will be ready in 2 days, but they get the best taste in 2 weeks of home marinating.
You can serve ready-made eggs with chips, crackers, salt, pepper - directly to beer.

Eggs in batter
Ingredients:
10 hard boiled eggs + 2 raw eggs for batter
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
0.5 cups flour
1 tbsp. l. ketchup
1 tbsp. l. table mustard
2 sprigs of dill
ground pepper
salt
vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Cut boiled peeled eggs in half, separate the yolks from the whites.
2. Pour flour into a bowl, in another breadcrumbs and in a third, break 2 eggs and beat with a little salt.
3. Heat oil in a saucepan.
4. Take half of the protein and breaded it first in flour, then dip in eggs and at the end in crackers. Fry the whites breaded in batter in boiling oil until golden brown. Then remove on a plate with a slotted spoon.
5. Grind the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, herbs, salt and ground pepper. Mash everything well into a homogeneous mass and fill the fried proteins with it.
