For breakfast I had a mini-pizza at Cottage cheese dough with cheese, tomato, goose roll and sweet pepper - very tasty. Such pizzas have my whole family happy despite the fact that it okoloPP.

Pizza for breakfast out on 330 kcal. Can you imagine? Only 330 kcal, but what vkusnota!

Of course, my breakfast is not without green tea, vitamins and omega-3.

Since I get up very early - about 7 hours and I have breakfast until 8:00, then at 8 am I was at work and sometimes I manage to transform all that needs to dinner, or distribute the work so as to free up time and day evening. That's what I did today - free time in the afternoon and most of the work transferred to the afternoon.

Here today, I decided to follow the advice of one of the subscribers will, which gave me the idea of ​​jam, which will be low-calorie and okoloPPshnym and I'm sure very tasty.

And in order to cook the jam I have to go to an abandoned garden, which is located right next to our apartment complex and the turn dial (yes, I'm going to make jam out of the turn. Currently the turn jam with sugar for a family I was cooked, it was time for PP Varenka)

Every day, drink water intake, drink green tea. I forgot about the swelling of legs.
