Ingredients:
500 gr. fish fillets
1/2 cup of cooked rice
egg
2 slices of white bread
1 cup water
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch of dill
4 tbsp. l. flour or breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Boil the rice until tender in salted water.
2. Fish fillets through a meat grinder 1-2 times.
Put the stuffing in a bowl, add egg, salt and black pepper.
3. Soak in warm bread in water, squeeze off excess liquid, and also put to stuffing.
4. Dill and chives rinse under running water, dry and finely chopped.
Add greens in a bowl for the rest of the ingredients.
5. In the beef to shift the cooled rice and mix well all until smooth.
6. Pour into the pan and heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
7. Moisten your hands with water and form patties.
8. Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs or flour.
9. Fry the fish cakes on hot oil on both sides until nice brown.
3-5 minutes on one side, then turn over and fry until cooked on the other.
Ready to put cutlets on a platter and serve.
Burgers are tasty both hot and cold.
