I myself am in the process of losing weight and May 2018 has already got rid of the extra 50 kg.

At the same time, I think that losing weight is not necessary to torture yourself and only have one carrot and cabbage salads.

You can eat delicious and satisfying and still lose weight. And this will help in counting calories.

And to favorite dishes were not as high-calorie, simply take less high-calorie foods and slightly change the recipe.

For myself, I try to cook those dishes that are always loved and issue calories than ever relevant.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for stuffed peppers.

But cook them we will not be with a lot of rice and high-calorie and fatty meats. A diet with meat, vegetables and grains useful.

Pepper, we need:

  • chicken breast - 2 medium pieces - 380 g,
  • zucchini - 1 unit - 280 g,
  • tomatoes (I have 4 cream) - 200 g,
  • Onions - 1 medium widget - 100 g,
  • carrot - 1 is small - 80 g
  • peppers are medium in size - 6 pieces - 630 g,
  • 40 g bulgur - about 1 tablespoon,
  • 2-3 garlic cloves - 5 g
  • 10% cream or soft curd 2 tablespoons - 70 g
  • teaspoon tomato paste - 40 g,
  • salt, black pepper, leaf lavrushki, adjika for taste and sharpness (if any),
  • favorite greens.

Preparation.

I chop with a knife in the minced chicken breast.

Half zucchini, onion, garlic and cream 2 tomatoes finely chopped and added to the minced chicken. There also send the bulgur.

Minced salt, pepper to taste and mix well.

Toppings for our peppers ready. We get down to the actual peppers.

Cut the stalk in and we clean the inside of the peppers, wash well.

Stuffed peppers stuffed.

Take the pot or pan high sides and lay it our peppers.

The remaining vegetables (zucchini, tomato, onions) cut into larger than minced and spread to the pepper. Rub the carrots and add to the pan.

Fill with water, so that the peppers almost completely immersed in it and send pan on the fire.

Once the peppers begin to boil in a pan, I added a soft cheese, tomato paste, and lavrushku teaspoon adzhika. Who does not have a adzhika pepper to taste and add more garlic.

Cooking peppers over medium heat for 35-40 minutes. At the very end we add the greens and give the stand for about 5 minutes.
