Today I have some kind of information for you to think about. You can also think about the fact that not all the words "competent people can be trusted" and about mistakes in losing weight, and how many questions may arise.

But everything is in order. I want to give you one example of what a nutritionist says about a calorie deficit, and my opinion on this matter. I honestly could not pass by, although I tried not to cling to the phrase I accidentally read (highlighted in blue):

And then it was said that it is impossible to limit the calorie content of food below the basal metabolic rate - these are the same notorious 1000-1200 kcal, which many people like to sit on, walking on the edge. Here I support 100% - you cannot greatly underestimate the calorie intake!

But. A nutritionist who is likely to be listened to because of his high position says that you need to create a deficit through exercise, not calorie reduction.

And then it starts to wedge me. And what is this, some other deficit ultimately turns out? Deficit, whatever one may say, is a deficit - a lack of something.

If we increase physical activity, then we also need more energy than without physical activity. Is that so?

So how much do we need then? As before, for 2500, 3000, and maybe 4000 (for someone) kcal at which our weight only grew? But then you have to spend the night in the gym in order to spend the extra 1000+ kcal and also create a deficit.

I only have one question.

And what about those who want to become slim, but have not yet figured out the topic of calorie deficit, but have already read this is the opinion of a nutritionist with a high position in the health sector, in which there should be credibility.

The only good news is that nutritionists recognize the need for a calorie deficit in order to lose weight.

And from my own practical experience, I can say that reducing the calorie content of food by no more than 15% in combination with feasible physical activity will definitely help to lose weight.

For breakfast I fried a "chatterbox", as I call it, of two eggs with 10 g of sun-dried tomato. Literally 10 g (1 wedge) of sun-dried tomato already gives a great taste. I added 25 g of lettuce leaves and a cereal rye bun (30 g, half) with 30 g of curd cheese to the scrambled eggs. I did not forget about my favorite green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast came out on 400 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, very lazy cabbage rolls and baked potatoes with cheese and garlic:

For a snack I planned to eat boiled-smoked chicken breast and cucumbers. I planned it and ate it, although without much enthusiasm, my second self asked for something tasty to cheer up. But you and I are just waging a struggle with this second "I" of ours.

100 g of chicken breast and 150 g of cucumbers came out on 165 kcal.

For lunch, beetroot (450 g) with half a grain bun (30 g). I added 30 g of sour cream 15% to the beetroot. Went out such a dinner for 390 kcal.

I had dumplings planned for dinner. I didn't have a desire to cook something and I didn't have much free time. And a stash of dumplings always saves. The main thing is not to forget to replenish it on weekends.

Dinner: 150 g of dumplings (weighing in frozen) and 30 g of sour cream - 375 kcal.

In the evening with tea I ate 180 g of French apple pie - 230 kcal.

So something tired for the day and not physically. I feel moral devastation and my brain refuses to work the way I want. I'm waiting for Saturday, when I close my computer and won't think about any problems - I'll just rest. And, by the way, be happy for everyone who has plumb lines on the control weighing. Have you forgotten the checkweighing?

Result of the day: K - 1560, B - 96, F - 74, U - 124.
