tomato - 2 pcs.
fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.
onion - 1 pc.
pickled champignons - 1 can (210 ml)
pickled cucumber - 2-4 pcs. (depending on size)
dill - 1 bunch
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
First, cut two fresh cucumbers in half and cut them into half slices.
Take two medium sized tomatoes, cut in half and cut out the stalk. Cut each half of the tomato in half again and cut a quarter into circles.
2. Cut one small onion into thin half rings. Red lettuce or green onions can be used instead of white onions.
Cut the canned mushrooms in half. If you have larger mushrooms, then it is advisable to cut them into 4 parts. For the salad, you will need 1 210 ml jar of champignons. Instead of champignons, you can use other varieties of pickled mushrooms.
3. We also cut pickled cucumbers into half slices. I used four small cucumbers. If you have larger cucumbers, two will be enough.
Grind a bunch of fresh dill.
4. Put chopped pickles, tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, mushrooms, onions and chopped dill into a large bowl.
Pepper the salad with ground black pepper, if you wish, you can add a little salt to the salad, but do not forget that the cucumbers and mushrooms are already salted.
We fill everything with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix. The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
