Recipe for those who do not have time or when tired.
Ingredients:
chicken drumstick
carrot
onion
1 can of canned corn
1 tbsp. rice
0.5 l of boiling water
salt
pepper
spice
vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Open a jar of corn and drain fluid from it. You can use frozen corn.
2. Onion peel and cut into small cubes.
3. Carrots grate.
4. Fry carrot and onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
It is best to use a pan with a removable handle or take a baking dish, then to bake the dish.
5. Pour the corn here.
6. Wash rice until water clarity and to put in a frying pan to frying. Rice should soak up oil
7. Pour 2 cups of boiling water.
8. Chicken drumsticks and other pieces of chicken, wash and dry with paper towels.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. You can add your favorite herbs, seasonings and spices.
9. Put the leg in the pan on top of the rice.
7. Cover the pan with foil or a form and place in preheated oven to 200 degrees.
10. Bake for 1 hour.
Check the readiness of the chicken dishes, pierced the lower leg with a sharp knife or a fork: the juice should be transparent.
11. Serve hot as a table.
