Below I'll talk about your menu for the day. Eating since almost half a year, I was able to lose weight is already 51 kg. At the same time, I allow myself to download days, and even eat chitmily zapreschenku, if you really want. Just need to enter it in your calorie deficit.

My breakfast today - a sandwich: whole wheat bread, which is baked herself and exactly sure of its quality and composition (45 g), fish paste (35 g) and carp roe (35 g). I get fresh enough, easy and tasty salad on 260 kcal.

The day was 1220 kcal.
Be sure to drink water (more than a week - boiled) plus green tea. No more drinks I do not have in their diet. Lucky I'm not the coffee and can wake up without a cup of coffee.
