There is already one recipe for Viennese waffles in my recipe catalog (link to it at the end of this article).

But today the waffles are curd! We increase the protein content in baked goods so that it is not only tasty, but also healthy!

Making the dough is as easy as shelling pears - just mix all the ingredients in a blender.

If there is no blender, mix it by hand, but it is better to grind the cottage cheese, in this case, through a sieve.

I don't have a waffle iron, but I have a grill that has gone through a lot. I smeared it with a little oil with a brush.

It literally takes 3-4 minutes on the grill.

You can cook this dough in a frying pan in the form of pancakes.

Put the dough in a frying pan and form a neat pancakes with a spoon dipped in water (so that the dough does not stick).

Bake in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Of course, it is the waffle flavor with a crispy crust that will come out in the waffle iron or on the grill. But the pan is also very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of cottage cheese 9%,
  • 70 g of milk
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 150 g whole grain flour (I have rice),
  • 6-7 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = g sugar)
  • a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, vanillin optional,
  • oil for greasing a frying pan or waffle iron - no more than 5 g.

The total weight of the dish is 430 g. One piece contains about 25-30 g

KBZHU per 100 g according to my products: K - 285, B - 16.5, F - 10.7, U - 30.
