First of all, I want to draw your attention to the fact that only creating a calorie deficit will lead to weight loss.
There are several ways to create a calorie deficit:
- a decrease in the calorie content of the diet,
- increase in physical activity - I think that without control of calorie intake, it may not lead to a result.
- combining calorie control with feasible physical activity, which in my opinion is the best way.
At the same time, nutrition on a calorie deficit should be balanced, satisfying for you and comfortable - you should not greatly underestimate the calorie content of the diet.
Feeling hungry is normal. Feeling hungry, we understand that the body needs energy.
But if the feeling of hunger becomes constant and uncontrollable, you should think about whether you are all right and contact a specialist.
But we do not always feel hunger. Often just an appetite wakes up in us, which swells like a flame from external factors.
There are a lot of food-related signals around us. Constant advertisements for products - the picture looks so delicious that you want to try everything here and now.
The aromas coming from the cafes that you pass by are especially difficult to walk calmly past the pastry shop - the aroma is so beckoning.
Here you need to show your willpower and try to switch your attention from food.
In addition, stress and lack of sleep can disrupt the balance of the whole body: the production of serotonin, endorphins, melatonin, leptins decreases, and we begin to lean on sweets as compensation. Should fight with a reason stress and lack of sleep, and not seize them.
Monotonous food can also lead to an increased appetite - monotony gets boring and you start looking for something tasty with your eyes, your hands are drawn to it themselves. The conclusion is simple - you should diversify your diet, enjoying food every day, and then there will be fewer thoughts of "eating something tasty".
Dehydration can also be the reason for the awakened appetite, we often confuse thirst with hunger. Ate, but appetite woke up - drink some water.

In the evening, I prepared a curd casserole with dried cranberries for tea for home. In my KBZhU yesterday, the casserole was already superfluous. But today for breakfast I ate as much as 200 g of cottage cheese casserole with cranberries - 310 kcal.

While I was having breakfast, I boiled eggs for a salad. And, having made a break from work during the day, I quickly cut a salad: eggs, cucumber, herbs, which I dressed with sour cream.
250 g salad for a snack - 160 kcal.

I set aside a portion of the salad for myself, and for the report I photographed the bowl in which I was kneading the salad😂. Who does this not happen to?
Lunch was also ready for me from yesterday evening - this is: 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 180 g of chicken liver stewed in sour cream sauce and I wanted to add 100 g of "mother-in-law's tongue" zucchini.
Dinner - 455 kcal.
For dinner, I sent chicken and potatoes to bake in the oven, and also cut a vegetable salad, which I seasoned with sour cream. The minimum of my time was spent on cooking - for this I really love the oven.
Dinner: 180 g of chicken breast, 150 g of potatoes, I sprinkled it with butter, because I saw that I was not getting enough fat today and 150 g of vegetable salad - 570 kcal.
And with pine nuts (15 g) in the evening, I got the calorie content and reached 55 g of fats - 100 kcal.
The result of the day is 1600 kcal. B - 139, F - 55, U - 132.
I scold myself for the low amount of fat today, but no matter how hard I tried in the morning to compose the menu for the day according to the products and dishes I have, the fats were still understated.
