My favorite recipe with mushrooms. Cooking is easy, fast and unnecessary dishes do not need to be used. You just need to put all three ingredients in a mold, chopped tomatoes are laid out on the bottom, champignons on top, and grated cheese on top. Tomatoes and mushrooms must first be well seasoned with salt and pepper. I send everything to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. As simple as that.

And it turns out so delicious that, as a rule, the next day you want to cook more.

"Garlic" mushrooms

The best snack ever. Mushrooms (450 grams) and onions must be chopped and sent to a small saucepan. I add to them 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar 9% and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, bay leaves and 3-4 peas of allspice. Mix everything well and put on medium heat. There is no need to add water. The covered mushrooms should sit for about 7 minutes. Then I add dill and chopped garlic, mix everything well, leave it for a day.

Not correct "Julien"

And not correct, because I cook it in my own way, I do not follow the rules of French cuisine. I don't cut mushrooms into thin plates, not from porcini mushrooms, and I don't serve them in portions. I cook everything in one baking dish.

Fry mushrooms (champignons and aspen mushrooms) in vegetable oil, fry the onions separately, then combine everything in a baking dish, mix with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. I bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and immediately serve with mashed potatoes. This is not right, but very, very tasty.
