At breakfast I was even too lazy to cook porridge, so quickly make a sandwich on whole grain bread with avocado and foie Cod.

Piece of chocolate, Vitaminka and green tea. And you can start to work!

For breakfast, it turned 390 kcal.

As you noticed, I often use avocado as a substitute for oil. I really like the buttery and fresh taste that gives avocado sandwich, especially delicious with salted red fish. And in general, avocado very helpful for losing weight. Why? Can be found here.

I served as a snack oatmeal cookies, which I recently baked and apple (which I forgot to take a picture!).

For dinner, I have today chicken breast, which I prepared on non-stick frying pan with your favorite spices and without a drop of oil and vegetable salad: broccoli, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, and a little 10% sour cream.

For dinner it turned out - 330 kcal.

Total 1 235 kcal per day. And plus the rate of water you drink.

By the way, remember about my experiment with face cream and vitamins A and E? And about the fact that I have gone too far with vitamins, using them several times a day to celebrate, on the outcome?)

So, the face I have given rest from vitamins, but on the inner thighs inflicted milk with vitamins. As I dropped enough extra kilos, it is in the inner thigh skin was wrinkled and like dryish. But milk with vitamins for the eyes enliven my skin and give it a tone. Visually and to the touch is much better!
