Cookies should only be cooked with very soft butter.
You need to add powdered sugar to the butter, not sugar, but powder. It should be the same amount as butter. First, using a spatula, you need to mix the powder well into the oil, and then connect the mixer to the case. Beat the mass well, but do not interrupt.
Next, add two eggs one at a time to the butter with powder, first stir in one with a mixer, and then the second egg.
It remains only to add flour, it is also the same amount, so much oil. Mix it well with a spatula, and then you can "walk" the mixer again for a minute.
Transfer the finished dough to a pastry bag, cut off a corner and form cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
You can choose any shape. I like it stretched out like ladies' fingers.
We send the cookies to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-13 minutes. After the oven is still hot, I sprinkle it with icing sugar. it tastes better, but it doesn't have to.
