A recipe for a spicy and healthy oil that can be added as a filling in cutlets, and pasta, and is used for sandwiches. Such oil can be stuffed with chicken and baked in
oven. In general, this oil has a lot of applications,
the main thing is to connect imagination. An elementary recipe, and how many dishes you can decorate.
The first thing I do is bake the garlic. I wash a whole large head, free it from the husk and cut off the top as in the photo. I wrap it in foil and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. You can do this at the same time with some other dish, but not sweet pastries.
Further, when the garlic has completely cooled down, I release it from the shell (I just squeeze the cloves with my fingers) and add to the soft butter, which has lain in the kitchen on the table for about 2 hours.
Finely chop the herbs, I use parsley, but you can add green onions and basil and even dill to it. I only use the leaves, leaving the twigs for the broths. I send the parsley to the butter with garlic, add salt and a little ground paprika there. I mix everything well until smooth.
I usually wrap such butter in foil and store it in the freezer, take it out if necessary and use it. I try not to store it in the refrigerator.

- Butter 200 grams
- Garlic 1 large head
- Large bunch of greens without twigs
- Salt and paprika to taste
