For cottage cheese and oatmeal cake we need:

  • 100 g of dry oatmeal,

  • apple average - 140 g
  • a pinch of cinnamon,
  • 2-3 sachet / sachet sweetener.
  • baking powder 1/3 sachet.

The first thing grind oatmeal in a blender. But not in the flour, and so that there were different pieces.
