Today I want to share a recipe forKorean carrot and cheese snacks. It's not just tasty, but bombastically delicious. I am not exaggerating a little, try it and see for yourself, especially since it is prepared very simply.

Recipe:
Processed cheese -10-12 plates
Korean carrots -200g.
Eggs -2-3pcs.
Sour cream (or mayonnaise) -1 tbsp
Mustard -1 / 2 tsp
Dill greens -1 bunch
COOKING METHOD
Put 200 grams of Korean carrots in a blender or food processor.
You can buy Korean carrots ready-made or cook it yourself - it's not at all difficult, I have already shared the recipe on my channel, and I will share it again here
We put 2 boiled eggs, if the eggs are small, add 3 eggs, add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream, half a tsp. mustard. Now we punch everything with a blender.
You should get such a mass. We put it in a pastry bag for convenience.
Finely chop the dill greens. We take a plate of processed cheese, put it on the dill, now put the filling, you can do it with a spoon. And we wrap the roll.
We do not regret dill, it is needed not only for taste, but even so the snack will not stick together.
Put it on a plate. The appetizer is ready. Optionally add 2 cloves of garlic to the filling. If you have not tried to cook such a snack, I recommend cooking, I'm sure you will also cook it for all the holidays.
