I stopped following hungry diets - I control food. I eat everything that I did not eat on a diet: minus 63 kg. I share my experience and menu

I acted very recklessly the other day and without any thoughts went into the first article of a fitness trainer that came across to me in the tape, on which we are all located.

Why I did it, I don't know. But I really regretted that I had changed my habits and the promise not to read anything and anyone here. It was frustrating to read how one fitness trainer muddies another because they chose different methods in their work.

One (the author) is against "sugars" and for a strict regimen and rocking chair, and the second for a calorie deficit and flexible regimen (20% harm / 80% of the correct food in the diet), in which even with hamburgers you will lose weight, if only there was a shortage calories.

It was very unpleasant to read the author. I can imagine how much it is pouring on me (at one time I even looked at the links that were sent to me, readers, but then stopped), although I'm just talking about my experience and showing how you can change your diet with maximum comfort.

But in connection with what I have read, I want to say this.

Most of us who want to lose weight and further maintain the result are ordinary average (let's not offended by this word) people who have: work, home, family, summer residence, hobbies and the list can be continued and continue.

And not all of us need to show off cubes on our stomach and keep ourselves in a strict regime without carbohydrates and some tasty treats to "dry out the body." We do not need to invite for marathons and individual training by advertising them with our appearance, we do not need to act in films, advertisements and sparkle with inflated body parts, we do not need to perform at fitness competitions - this is not part our life.

Let's be honest, in order to maintain the "dream body" - this body must be a part of life and work, all desire and free time must be directed on adherence to a strict diet and training regime, because as soon as you stop investing in cubes on the press, these cubes quickly disappear.

Few of the bulk of those losing weight in a strict dietary regimen, having achieved a result, will continue the same regimen and training so that not a single cube escapes from the press.

Therefore, I believe that it would be much more important to teach people a balanced diet, instill a desire for feasible physical activity (I like to dance - dance, I like to walk - walk a lot for my own pleasure, I like to work out on simulators - it's generally great!) and the most important thing is to control the calorie content of your diet.

This is just my opinion as the very average, and I do not impose it on anyone. Each of us has our own life and our own goals in life.

Elementary calorie counting and feasible physical activity during the period of weight loss helped me get rid of excess weight.

A balanced diet improved my well-being, because proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are important for our body and cutting back on one of them can lead to further problems that you, and not your fitness trainer, will struggle with.

Try to start your journey by changing your diet and eating habits - this is much more important for people who are overweight most of their lives, and you want to continue to create an "ideal body" - success!

As an example, I will show my diet based on the calculation of KBZHU, which is far from a strict regimen, prohibitions and demonization of products, but allows me to maintain a comfortable weight for me and feel good.

Today I collected breakfast from what was in the fridge, but there was a lot (not much time has passed since the purchase at the weekend). But some kind of whole beautiful dish did not work out, it turned out to be a set of my favorite products.

Curd cheese (40 g) with cold smoked pink salmon (55 g) wrapped in lavash (35 g), and ate 60 g of avocado just like that, enjoying every bite (I haven't eaten an avocado for a long time and bought a good one, I just want to eat it separately).

This breakfast turned out to be 440 kcal.

For a snack, I again have fermented baked milk (400 g) - 270 kcal.

Of course, I got excited about the fermented baked milk. While shopping for groceries on a weekend, I saw my favorite fermented baked milk (I can only buy it in one store in a neighboring town) and out of greed, apparently, I took as many as 4 pieces! And besides me, no one loves her. So I eat the second day and I will still eat.

I'm not tired of the pumpkin puree soup yet, but today the portion of the soup is smaller (350 g) and 40 g of whole grain bread. I added 150 g of grilled chicken breast to the soup. Otherwise, it was impossible to get a decent amount of proteins today, because my dinner was also ready in advance and I could get proteins only at lunchtime.

It turned out to be lunch for 470 kcal.

And for dinner I have a salad with crab meat, egg, rice, onion and lettuce (total weight 280 g), seasoned with 40 g of Greek yogurt. Dinner - 455 kcal.

The calorie content of the day was 1635 kcal. B - 113, F - 73, U - 125.

And as a person who has gone from 132 kilograms, as well as many diets, I want to say that the most important thing is to deal with your diet, make friends with food and make it an ally out of an enemy.
