✅👌 I really want to share with you an excellent recipe for making beef liver.

I take liver, onion and prepare an excellent cold appetizer: nothing needs to be fried, baked, stewed

✨ Few people like offal, and especially beef liver, which is less soft than chicken, and even requires preliminary stripping.

✨But it is in this version that the appetizer from the liver turns out to be simply incomparable!

✨I highly recommend you try it and see for yourself.

📕To prepare a snack you will need: 🥙

Beef liver - 600 g
Salad onions - 3 pcs. medium size
Mayonnaise - 150 g
Acetic acid (70%) - 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 3 tsp l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp l. (taste)
Fresh herbs - a small bunch, for serving

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

The first step is to do the onion. It is necessary that he marinated well. We clean the onion and cut it into quarters of rings or feathers - whatever you like. It is not necessary to use red onions - any salad or regular onion will do. It's just that with bright onions, the appetizer looks more elegant.

Put the onion in a bowl, fill it with cold water so that it barely covers the slices. Add vinegar, salt, sugar. Mix well and set the onion aside, and let it marinate while the liver is cooking.

We clean the liver from films. If it is frozen, do not defrost it to the end - the films will be removed much easier from the hard liver. Then we wait for the product to thaw completely, rinse it and put it in a saucepan with cold water. Bring to a boil, add salt to taste and spices as desired (bay leaf, allspice). Cook for 40-50 minutes - until cooked. Let the finished liver cool.

Then cut into strips.

And now we immediately take the plate on which the appetizer will be served. We spread the chopped liver on it.

Prepare the sauce immediately. To do this, mix the mayonnaise with ground pepper and the marinade left over from the onion. First add a little, then stir and pour in more liquid.

The finished sauce should turn out to be quite liquid so that it can saturate all layers of the snack. Mix it thoroughly until smooth.

Put the onion squeezed from the marinade on the liver.

And pour everything abundantly with sauce. We put the snack in the refrigerator so that it is soaked, at least for 2-3 hours.

Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

The liver is spicy and the onion is crispy. A very tasty and easy-to-prepare dish.
