And today I want to offer you another great recipe for such a cake for those who like filling in them more than dough.

📕To make a pie you will need: 🍲

Apples (juicy, ripe, sweet) - 4-5 pcs.
Chicken eggs (category C-1) - 3 pcs.
Milk - 150 ml
Sugar - 100 g (in dough) + 1 tbsp. l. (for sprinkling)
Refined sunflower oil - 30 ml
Wheat flour - 150 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Almond or peanut kernels - 100 g (in the dough) + 30 g (for sprinkling).

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Wash the apples well, peel them, then cut and core them, and cut them into thin slices. That is, we first divide half of the apple into 4 slices, and then chop it into thin slices. Place the prepared apples in a large bowl. If you are embarrassed that apples are darkening, you can pour them with lemon juice - it will stop the oxidation process.

Pour almonds into another bowl, pour boiling water and let stand for about 10-15 minutes. Then we clean the kernels from the shell and chop them into coarse crumbs with a knife or blender (instead of almonds, use peanuts, or completely different nuts that you like).

Pour about 100 grams of chopped nuts to the apple pieces, and the rest while we remove the side, they will be needed for sprinkling.

Let's start making the dough. We break the eggs into the mixer bowl and pour out all the granulated sugar at once.

Beat until fluffy, stable foam. With a powerful mixer, this will take about 5 minutes. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the egg mass.

Then pour the flour mixed with baking powder and sifted.

Beat again at low mixer speeds. The finished dough will come out quite thin - about the same as on classic pancakes.

Add apples and almonds to the dough.

And mix well.

Put the mass in a baking dish with a diameter of 22-24 cm. If the pan is narrower, the cake will take longer to bake. We additionally cover the metal form from the inside with baking paper, the silicone one - you do not need to lubricate and lining with anything.

Sprinkle the cake with the set aside almonds and a spoonful of sugar on top. We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 60-80 minutes. The cooking time depends on the diameter of the mold you have chosen, the type of apples and the thickness of their slices, and the characteristics of your oven. Watch the top of the pie, if it begins to brown intensely, and the middle remains a little damp (this can be checked with a thin wooden skewer), cover the form with a sheet of foil.

After baking, the cake will hardly rise, because it has more filling than dough, but it will turn out to be very tender and tasty.

When ready, let the cake cool slightly right in the mold, then take it out, cut it and enjoy the great taste.
