Ingredients:
- iceberg lettuce (cabbage) - 1/2 head
- cucumbers - 300 g
- ham - 200 g
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. First, chop half a head of iceberg lettuce. Instead of Iceberg lettuce, you can take Chinese or white cabbage.
300 g fresh cucumbers cut into half circles.
2. Ham or any other sausage cut into cubes.
Onion for salad cut into half rings.
3. In a large bowl, in which it will be convenient to knead the salad, we shift the chopped iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, sausage and onions. Salt and pepper the salad to taste. We fill everything with 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream and mix well.
Salad with sausage turned out very tasty and vitamin. It can be served as a side dish to meat or as an independent dish.
