Beef liver salad with caramelized apples and sage

Ingredients: beef liver, flour, apples, butter, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, lettuce leaves, sage

Cooking method:

Peel the liver from the film, rinse and cut into thin slices. The thinner, the faster the pieces will cook.

In a bowl, roll in flour on both sides, on each piece, put a sage leaf. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and send slices of the liver with sage down. Fry on both sides until done. Salt, pepper to taste.

Peel the apples, cut into slices. We add a little more vegetable oil, move the liver a little and send apples, a pinch of sugar to this pan, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, caramelize on all sides.

Salad leaves, mix, arugula, pour over balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil, mix gently. Put lettuce leaves on a serving plate, liver and apple slices on top and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Bon Appetit. Quick, delicious, warm salad.
