Many people complain that they have a constant desire to eat something sweet (especially in the evenings). They gorge themselves on sweets, then drink water, run to the toilet, sleep is disturbed, in the morning they wake up broken and with the smell of acetone from the mouth.
There is a simple solution to this common problem. Cucumber!
So evening came and I wanted sweets again, just instead of a cake we eat a beautifully chopped cucumber (there is special vegetable cutters that dissolve vegetables into spiral vermicelli!), wait a few minutes and desire for sweets retreats.
If just a little cucumber, then we will make a healthy salad with a cucumber (the main thing is that everything is beautiful in order to get the missing emotions).
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 2 pieces (fat burner)
2. Lettuce leaf - 3 pcs (chlorophyll)
3. Bulgarian pepper - half 1 pc (+ fiber)
4. Lemon - wedge (gastric stimulant)
5. Kelp powder - a pinch (instead of salt, but good salt is also possible)
6. Ginger root - 0.5x0.5 cm piece (fat burner)
Preparation
We take fresh vegetables and greens (cucumbers, peppers, lettuce), wash them under running water, peel them (always check the cucumbers for the presence of seeds in them, these are good cucumbers).
Cut into slices, grind the ginger into small pieces, lettuce leaves can be cut or spread in layers on a plate and put all the other ingredients on top.
Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice (oddly enough, it leaches), pepper, salt, mix. Bon Appetit! A fresh scent as a gift!
