I will reveal a secret - how to become a witch, eat and not get fat, but even lose weight!
And in fact, everything is banal and simple, there is nothing mystical - we control our nutrition, we do not go above our norm (which can calculate in an online calorie counter, indicating your weight, height, age, activity), and if you want to lose weight, we eat less than our norm by 15-20%.
Calorie counting is one of the most effective ways to lose weight tasty and satisfying. At the end of the article there is a link to a cheat sheet for beginners, where I have collected the main points for those who do not know where to start their journey.
Turn to the menu for the day.
For breakfast - hearty oatmeal with curd cheese (30 g), lightly salted chum salmon (55 g) and salad leaves.
For the oatmeal itself, I needed 20 g of dry oatmeal, 1 egg, 60 g of soft curd, salt and a pinch of baking powder.
It turned out for breakfast 375 kcal.
I decided to clean the apartment today. My husband is still working, I don't know how long he was called. In general, I like to clean and manage when I'm alone. And I love to cook so that no one comes into the kitchen, I expel everyone).
I still have a quirk going on - washing floors with domestos, for complacency. In general, you will listen to acquaintances, who are good at what. Someone sprays hydrogen peroxide or chlorhexidine at home on the surface, someone wipes everything with alcohol. By the way, I also treat phones and doorknobs with alcohol.
After cleaning, I had a snack.
For a snack - 120 g of orange and rye bread with tea (10 g) with melted cheese (30 g). Happened 150 kcal.
Today I couldn’t think of any kind of soup to cook for lunch.
I couldn't think of anything better than to cook fish soup with canned pink salmon, especially since my husband has been asking for such a soup for a long time.
For lunch, a bowl of soup (450 g) and rye bread (10 g) - 200 kcal.
Often they write to me that canned food is not PP; they do not recommend eating them at all. Interestingly, those who write this themselves do not really eat canned food and did not buy them in boxes a few weeks ago?
In general, what is it for. In addition, I want to say once again that I do not pretend to be an expert in proper nutrition and a weight loss guru. Moreover, as I see, the concept of proper nutrition is different for everyone.
Someone has proper nutrition - it is to exclude potatoes, pasta, banana, well, also canned food😂. Someone has proper nutrition - it is to eat super foods, but more expensive. Someone, on the contrary, has the right food - it is to gnaw carrots for breakfast, cabbage for lunch, and in the evening eat memories of breakfast and lunch.
I am for an adequate approach to products, without fanaticism, but at the same time, I consider it necessary, if possible, to give preference to more useful and high-quality products.
After a not-so-filling lunch, I took green tea, 30 g of dried cranberries and 20 g of peanuts and went to work at the computer.
It turned out to be another snack for 200 kcal.
My supply of dried fruits and nuts will soon run out.
I usually buy them on the market in Moscow, and we have not traveled to Moscow for more than a month, as far as I remember.
But I found a way out. Prada, it seems to me that I will soon stop going to stores altogether, at such a pace.
And the fact is that we have a very active LCD and I have already told you about joint purchases. And so I learned that there is joint purchases of not only chemicals, textiles, clothes, but also products! Moreover, the products are purchased at wholesale prices, which are very pleasing. And considering that everything is brought to the house and given out at the pick-up point, which the LCD has, it's just heaven.
So I already ordered nuts and dates for myself, they should bring them soon.
It makes me happy when such active people live nearby. This is the first time I've come across this in residential buildings. And you?
For dinner, I baked pollock in curd on a vegetable pillow and stewed frozen vegetables in a village style (there were potatoes, green beans, carrots, a little bell pepper and broccoli).
Dinner - 200 g of baked pollock and a vegetable mixture (200 g), which was simply stewed in a pan. Happened 310 kcal.
Today I cooked homemade ham, I could hardly wait for it to cool down to try it.
In the evening, while watching a movie - green tea and 100 g of turkey drumstick and chicken breast ham - 140 kcal.
In total, 1375 kcal were obtained in a day. I follow the drinking regimen (30 ml of water per kilogram of weight).
And I also want to give you an example of how you can make a mistake if you do not double-check the calorie counter and the data that is already included in it.
While recording dinner, I was too lazy to look at the KBZHU frozen mixture and decided to choose from the counter suggested to me.
I found exactly the mixture that I used - 141 kcal per 100 g! It can't be, I thought, and went to look at the KBZHU indicated on the package.
And now look:
Therefore, you should not blindly trust the meter.
I am moved by people who begin to count the calorie content of my dishes, pointing out their low calorie content, without knowing how I cooked them and how much I put in, but indicating that there is a similar dish in the counter with completely different KBZHU.
If you can make a mistake like that in a product that has KBZhU on its packaging, then what can we say about complex dishes? Do you know what products, in what quantity, were taken for the dish, the KBZhU of which is indicated in the counter? Me not. Therefore, I always consider complex dishes myself.
