I really like custard eclairs - light, moderately sweet. This is what my family used to cook when I was little. #newyear #dessert #pastry #kchayu
Ingredients: water, milk, butter, flour, eggs, salt
Cooking method:
Measure out water, milk, oil. Fold into a saucepan.
Heat the mixture until the oil dissolves. Pour in all the flour, stir well. Continue stirring without removing from the heat until the dough gathers into a lump and a thin film appears at the bottom of the pan. This is a sign that the flour is brewing.
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cool until warm. Then add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each egg. The dough should be smooth, shiny, but not runny. Therefore, fewer or more eggs may be needed, depending on their size and the quality of the flour.
Using 2 teaspoons, place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 * for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Do not open the oven, otherwise the eclairs may fall off.
Boil custard vanilla cream, add chopped walnuts to it.
Use a knife to cut an eclair on the side and fill with vanilla cream.
