Long weekends are not a reason to spend them in front of the refrigerator and lying on the couch.

If you are at home these days, and not at work, devote your free time to yourself.

They often write that there is no time to cook, that there is no time for yourself. So here is a chance for you to give yourself at least a little time and prepare for the fight against excess weight, and not fight with the food lying in the refrigerator, eating them and watching TV.

What can you do in the new free time?

For dinner, in half an hour I literally cooked minced meat in tomato sauce with Georgian spices and at the same time boiled buckwheat for a side dish.

My dinner consisted of 120 g of boiled buckwheat, 150 g of minced meat in sauce and 100 g of cucumber with rucola.

Dinner for 300 kcal.

Since dinner is early in our family - at 17 o'clock, I often have a snack 2-3 hours before bedtime and get the nutrients I need. Today I ate persimmon (130 g) and 15 g of pine nuts - 185 kcal.

The result of the day is 1545 kcal. B - 100, F - 64, U - 142.
