I often hear that eating right is very expensive, which means that not everyone can afford to lose weight.

Firstly, the concept of proper nutrition is so distorted in the minds of many that it is even scary to pronounce this phrase and give examples of foods that you eat. Whichever example of a product you can give, it will definitely turn out that someone does not ascend to the list of healthy foods.

For me, proper nutrition is a balanced diet according to BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) and high-quality products (as far as possible in our reality).

If you look at some bloggers promoting proper nutrition, you can see salmon, trout, shrimp, langoustines, beef, rabbits, chia seeds, quinoa, mango, avocado and many others are not cheap at all products. And we often like to watch bloggers with just such a set of products - a beautiful, bright, rich picture attracts us more than the usual simple food in the photo.

We look at the picture and keep our budget in our head, realizing that we cannot afford such a picture.

But you can find replacements for any expensive product within your pocket.

It is not necessary to eat salmon and trout - you can get by with cheaper pink salmon, mackerel, cod. Choose fish according to your taste and abundance and your diet will be balanced.

At breakfast, I ate sandwiches on a grain bun (65 g), which I dried in a toaster with 20 g of curd cheese and 70 g of pollock roe. I drank green tea, which I always drink without any sweeteners.

By the way, here is another example of replacing an expensive product with a cheaper one. There is no opportunity to buy red and even more so black caviar - we buy pollock, carp, cod caviar - we are looking for the one that will be to our taste.

For a snack, you can say forced myself to eat vegetables. Well, vegetables do not go with me now, especially since the taste is not the same as in summer with vegetables, and the price bites. But what was bought - you have to eat.

100 g cucumber, 150 g tomatoes, lettuce, seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil - 90 kcal.

And drank coffee with milk (60 g) and syrup (15 g) in the afternoon - 75 kcal.

For lunch, boiled potatoes (150 g), 250 g of jellied meat and cucumber (100 g) - 490 kcal.

Yesterday I learned that my husband and I will not only have no forced days off, but also the holidays will be working days.

During the holidays, I wanted to cook different sweets: on the list I already have cake, and pizza, and much more. But you see how it happened.

Therefore, I decided that I would cook one dish from the list of sweets without reference to the holidays, the more I can afford to arrange my working hours in the way that suits me.

I planned pizza for the evening, setting the dough to come up for lunch. I'll show you once again that even a pizza or a slice of cake can be added to your calorie intake.

So, my dinner is 250 g of pizza and 200 g of cucumbers - 665 kcal.

The result of the day is 1690 kcal. B - 100, F - 79, U - 145.

And who can guess from the photo what I have been growing in a jar for the second day and why? I resisted for a long time, but still got the idea to try.
