Still think that losing weight is very difficult and you need to starve and limit yourself in everything? Then you should try calorie counting: you will eat buns and lose weight! It sounds fantastic, but this is my reality and the reality of a huge number of readers of my channel:
And today I have for you a recipe for cottage cheese buns with apple and cinnamon - fragrant and insanely delicious!
🍏 For the buns, I used the following ingredients:
- 300 g of cottage cheese 5%,
- 1 chicken egg (50 g),
- 150 g flour (I have 100 g whole grain rice flour and 50 g wheat flour),
- 100 g of apple (pure weight),
- a pinch of vanillin, 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- cinnamon to taste
- 6 sachets / gram sweetener (1 g sahzam equals 5 g sugar)
🍏Cooking.
Prepare the dough: mix the cottage cheese with the egg, vanilla, sweetener.
Add flour with baking powder to the curd and knead the dough.
The dough is sticky.
We prepare an apple, take a small one. I didn't peel the apple. Who cares that the apple is peeled - clean.
Cut the apple into quarters and cut each quarter into slices.
Divide the dough into 5-6 parts: the more parts, the more buns there will be.
We cover the table with cling film, spread the curd dough sausage on the film and distribute the dough over the film with our hands, forming a long rectangle.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and lay out the apple slices.
Roll up with cling film.
We spread it on a baking sheet (I have it covered with a silicone mat).
We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Fragrant buns are ready! Enjoy your tea!
