✅👌This cake is easy to prepare - you don't even have to take out the mixer to beat the dough!
✨ You can put not only nuts with dried fruits in the filling, but also berries, pieces of fruit or chocolate.
✨Such a simple cake can be baked even during the week, after work, to please your sweet tooth with delicious food.
📕To make a cake you will need: 🥙
Kefir (any fat content) - 300 ml
Chicken eggs (category C-1) - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Vanillin - 1 g
Baking soda - 1 tsp l.
Wheat flour of the highest grade - 300 g
Dried apricots (raisins, prunes, dried cherries) - 100-150 g
Nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews) - 100 g
Butter - for lubricating the mold

We take a large deep bowl and drive the eggs into it. Then add sugar and vanillin.
Mix everything well with a broom or even a fork / spoon.
Now add kefir. If the fat content and the degree of freshness are not important, then the temperature is very important. Kefir should be at least room temperature. Better yet, a little warm, but not hot. We mix kefir with egg-sugar mass.
Sift the flour into a separate bowl, add soda to it, mix. We divide the entire amount of the dry mixture into 3 approximately equal parts. Add to the bowl of liquid ingredients one by one, stirring thoroughly each time.
The dough will not turn out to be liquid - just like for pancakes. For now, we remove it to the side and are busy with the filling.
We wash the dried apricots and cut them into thin strips. Chop the hazelnuts in medium-sized slices, do not grind. It is not necessary to use exactly those nuts and dried fruits that I had, you can take what you like.
Add dried apricots with hazelnuts to the dough.
And mix thoroughly.
Grease the heat-resistant form with a thin layer of oil, sprinkle with flour or bread crumbs. We spread the dough and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
After the specified time, we check the readiness of the pie (we pierce it in the thickest place with a toothpick). If it's ready, take it out, remove it from the mold, cut it and serve it for tea.
