Recipe:

fillet meat -1000g

salt -1 tsp

black pepper - to taste

tomatoes -2 pcs

garlic -3 tooth

mayonnaise -3 tbsp (or sour cream)

cheese -100-150g

COOKING METHOD

I cut 1 kg of fillet meat into portioned pieces 5-7 mm thick, cut the meat along the fibers, so the meat will be juicier. Now beat the meat well with the back of a knife or a kitchen hammer. Now salt the meat on both sides and pepper. I add salt at the rate of half a tsp. salt per 500 grams of meat. I have 1 kg of meat, so I put 1 tsp. salt.
We take the frying pan from my pan with a diameter of 26 cm.

Pour in vegetable oil, put the meat and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. This will seal the juice in the meat.
Now put the meat on a baking sheet, evenly distribute and set aside.

Peel 2 fresh tomatoes, cut them into cubes so that the skin can easily come off, I dip the tomato first in hot water for 30 seconds and then in cold water.
Add mayonnaise 3 tablespoons, can be replaced with sour cream. Grate cheese 100-150 grams on a fine grater, add to tomatoes and mix.
We distribute over the meat.

We put in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or be guided by readiness.
I have mashed potatoes for a side dish today.
