Chicken cutlets called "bird's milk". I usually prefer to cook the chicken gravy cutlets this way. If you haven't cooked like that yet, I recommend cooking, I don't even recommend it, but I insist. In another way, you will not want to cook chicken cutlets.

Recipe:

minced chicken -900g

salt -1 tsp

egg -1pc

onion -1pc

loaf -4 slices

black pepper - to taste

mayonnaise or sour cream -3 tbsp.

sour cream or cream -200ml

COOKING METHOD

And so we proceed, take the chicken carcass, separate the legs and chicken breast, now we separate the bone from the legs. I got 900 grams of meat fillet, pour 4 slices of bread with water and leave to swell. Twist the meat in a meat grinder, immediately twist the bread by squeezing it out of moisture and the onion.

Now we break 1 egg, add 1 tsp. salt, black pepper, add 3 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix everything well with a spoon. Minced meat is ready.
We take a frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil and heat it up. Take the minced meat with a tablespoon and put it in a preheated pan and shape it. We fry on both sides, you do not need to bring them to readiness, our goal is to brown them lightly, so 1 minute on each side will be enough.

This is how the whole minced meat is fried.
We take a deep frying pan, I take a thaler wok. I have it with a diameter of 30 cm.

We put the cutlets, immediately add 200 grams of sour cream from my homemade one, you can replace it with store sour cream or, better, cream.
Simmer cutlets over low heat for 15 minutes. While the cutlets are languishing, we will prepare a side dish, I have spaghetti today.

Serve cutlets with garnish. Delicate, soft and very delicious.
