In the morning during a meal time I drink vitamins and omega-3.

Since I work at home online - it gives me the opportunity during the day to distribute their free time.
Having done all the work in the morning, which was to do, I went to the store.
Here I feel that I want something chocolate and tasty. And what I do not know, and the products are not at home to bake some chocolate sweets. That went to the store, see that his eyes will fall, from which you can bake a reduced calorie chocolate miracle for themselves.

Even today planted pepper seeds chili that is selected when preparing adjika. I want to try to grow chili peppers. Them off when they are ripe, dried and used in cooking. That's what I want too.
In general, we did not think my husband and that his own apartment, and now the availability of storage inspire us to scale harvesting, growing greenery on the window, and the like.

So it came to dinner. I dine: 100 g and 250 g of buckwheat chicken breast in sauce, cheese and butter. It turned out to lunch I 350 kcal.

Just like me, when you do not count calories, I am thinking it a little, but what I'm eating is nutritious vso😂 That rasplylas😂 still can not clean up the consequences.
For dinner I had the remaining 2 stuffed peppers from yesterday and spoon adzhika.
Portion of the two peppers turned me on 250 kcal. In this case, a lot of vegetables. I believe that this is a super dinner for losing weight.

From now on, I started to drink boiled water. A kind of experiment. Observe your body, will there be any changes. By the way, our boiled water Mey pleased, in a rented apartment in Moscow, it was disgusting to taste. A quiet drink here and do not even have unpleasant tastes.
