The other day, preparing himself pickle on the chicken breast and decided to share with you a recipe for soup.
To prepare quickly - as I like. Besides delicious and easy soup.

We need:
- chicken breast - 450 g,
- medium carrot,
- bulb,
- potatoes - 400g,
- rice or barley 50g,
- pickles 200-250 g
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves,
- allspice, bay leaf, salt.
- herbs (dill me when cooked and green onions in batches).
Preparation:
Prepare all ingredients: rub the carrots and cucumbers, sliced chicken breast, onions and potatoes, washed rice.
Set on fire pot with water, add a tablespoon of salt (I approximately 5 liters of water).
When the water boils I add in her rice, carrots and onions and some boiled them. Then I add the chicken breast to give a boil. They are followed by potatoes and cucumbers and spices - allspice (4-5 pieces), a couple of bay leaves.
When the potatoes are adjusted to half - adding herbs and garlic finely chopped. I have remained a small piece of yellow Bulgarian pepper, I cut and his soup, added brightness).
