Salad " Uzbekistan" with radish and beef

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. boiled beef
  • 250 g onions
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 250 g radish
  • 30 ml broth
  • salt
  • vegetable oil for frying

For refueling:

  • egg yolk
  • 40 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 hour l. apple cider vinegar
  • ground pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • salt to taste

How to cook:

1. Cut the onion into thin half rings, put in vegetable oil, salt.
Fry. Then pour in the broth and increase the heat so that the broth boils quickly. Simmer the onion over low heat until it becomes transparent and caramel color.

It is not necessary to bring to the state of "crispy fried", onion chips are not for this dish. Remove the onion from heat and cool.

2. Cut boiled eggs into cubes. Leave one egg to decorate the salad.

3. The meat must be boiled with spices and roots and cooled in the broth. Cut the beef into thin cubes.

4. Peel the radish, cut into thin strips, season with a pinch of salt so that the smell and taste of the radish disappears. You can replace the radish with daikon.

5. In a salad bowl, combine the onion, radish and chopped meat, as well as chopped eggs.

6. For dressing, break a raw egg into a bowl and separate the yolk. Be sure to thoroughly wash a raw egg, there may be harmful bacteria on the shell.

7. Add salt and a pinch of sugar to the yolk to taste. Beat the yolk with a whisk, pour in vegetable oil drop by drop. Finally, pour in apple cider vinegar and season with pepper.

8. Season the salad with the dressing, stir to soak all the ingredients.

9. Garnish with egg slices before serving salad.
