What could be easier than a cottage cheese casserole with cream in the oven? It can be prepared even by those who have never touched baking recipes. The casserole comes out tender, airy, with creamy notes. For a brighter flavor, regular sugar can be easily replaced with vanilla sugar. If desired, you can add different types of dried fruits, fruits or berries here.

The cottage cheese casserole is just the perfect breakfast or snack, especially for kids. Serve the ready-made dish to the table with drinks - tea or milk, coffee or cocoa. But the casserole itself can be poured on top with sweet syrup, so we have a small amount of sugar in the ingredients.

Ingredients:

Semolina - 4 tablespoons

Cottage cheese - 400 g

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Cream - 80 ml

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Salt - pinch

Butter - 20 g

Prepare all products according to the list. Immediately turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

It is important to use high-quality cottage cheese, it should be homogeneous, fine-grained. If necessary, you can first wipe it on the smallest sieve - several times.

Unload the curd into a bowl.

Beat in a few chicken eggs.

Add granulated sugar right away - plain or vanilla - at your discretion.

Pour a serving of semolina into a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, make a depression in the center and pour in a serving of cream. Mix well again and leave the curd mass aside for 5-7 minutes.
