Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment50kg.

Breakfast at me today, one of my top breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cheese in pita bread - very tasty and satisfying and only 365 kcal I got the dish.

In the morning I always drink a cup of green tea (although the photos then you will not say that it is green tea. That's how the light changes the setting for color). And at meal time necessarily capsule of omega-3.

Today I have a day of household chores. Cleaning, laundry. Still need peretaskat in pantry in the basement bar of the house, the rest after the repair of the previous owner of the apartment. So full of cases and some very wasteful of physical strength.

To be honest, I do not understand how you can lose weight on this diet. After all, it has already proven more than once that we are losing weight only when we spend more energy than they consume - that is, from a caloric deficit.

But at the same time, when the body does not want any products, and asks others (we understand it - We also sometimes want something specific), I do not deny yourself and your body and give it what it is requests. But! In any case, it should be within my calorie deficit and with the maximum respect BZHU.

I also still have the soup, which I Navara large saucepan. Today I went to the last plate.

I also amazingly delicious baked cheese rolls with garlic and cheese that came to great borscht. But even with my tea they ate.

I turned my dinner: 350 g of borscht with a dollop of sour cream (40 g) and 100 g of bread rolls with cheese and garlic - to 360 kcal.

After dinner, I took up cooking all sorts of different vkusnyashek.

Including baskets cooked curd with black currants and ate 100 g of green tea in the form of snacks.

Here again say, I eat a lot, and so you can not lose weight, and even a bakery that kind of nonsense! Except that none of the critics did not think about the fact that all the food is pretty low-calorie and my day goes by no more than 1300 kcal.

My dinner today - it's potato rolls.

It so happened that I was cooking for the family, but it PPshnoe dish that's my mood today is - prepare and cook. And himself had forgotten. And, counting KBZHU potato tubes, I decided that I was even quite suitable is a great dish for dinner. Sleep early I was not going to go to bed, min 4 hours after the evening meal.

Thus, 200 g of potato tubes - 300 kcal. I washed down with green tea I'm pleased and went to rest.

One day I had today - the cleaning, the severity and were still half a day cooking.

I came on for food day 1250 kcal. Saw water, green tea.
