The minimum number of ingredients and simplicity of preparation - something that draws in this salad apart from its taste.
One portion I needed:
- small carrot (I had 60 grams)
- 35 g of cheese suluguni
- garlic clove (3.2 g),
- tablespoon without slides 10% cream - 35 g (can be used natural yoghurt and yoghurt and soft cheese)
- salt black pepper to taste.
Preparation - simply nowhere. Rub all products, add a spoonful of sour cream, salt and pepper.
