I'll show you one of the options on how to turn overripe bananas into a great snack that you can take with you on the road or to work. I always have it in my purse!

How to cook

We call this snack banana chips. Only three ingredients, no extra sugar and weird additives! Tasty and healthy!

Moreover, the most delicious chips are obtained from very ripe bananas.

Peel bananas and cut into slices 4-5 mm thick

Now I take the juice of one lemon. This is about 3 tbsp. You can take not only lemon juice. I sometimes use grapefruit or orange juice - it's also delicious.

I dip each banana slice in this juice. And then put the banana slices on a baking sheet. I am using a silicone mat. You can use baking paper, but sometimes the banana sticks to the paper. Therefore, if paper, then it is better to grease it slightly with oil.

Sprinkle the banana slices with ground cinnamon. And I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 100 ° C for about 3 hours.

In order for the banana to dry quickly, it is best to leave the door slightly ajar. I put on a regular towel.

After about 2 hours, turn the banana slices over and send the baking sheet back to the oven.

That's all! Delicious banana chips are ready! And now I will have something to eat before training!

My kids eat these chips instead of candy. Delicious with tea. You can store them in a sealed jar in the closet.

In general, if I suddenly have bananas lying around, I no longer make any pancakes or cookies from them. I'm making delicious banana chips.
