Peel bananas and cut into slices 4-5 mm thick
Now I take the juice of one lemon. This is about 3 tbsp. You can take not only lemon juice. I sometimes use grapefruit or orange juice - it's also delicious.
I dip each banana slice in this juice. And then put the banana slices on a baking sheet. I am using a silicone mat. You can use baking paper, but sometimes the banana sticks to the paper. Therefore, if paper, then it is better to grease it slightly with oil.
Sprinkle the banana slices with ground cinnamon. And I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 100 ° C for about 3 hours.
In order for the banana to dry quickly, it is best to leave the door slightly ajar. I put on a regular towel.
After about 2 hours, turn the banana slices over and send the baking sheet back to the oven.
