After all the diets I've tried, after many unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, calorie counting has become my salvation.
For some reason, we are accustomed to the fact that we are starving, we limit ourselves to food to such an extent that we dream about it, and this is all in order to lose weight!
All my adult life I have been struggling with excess weight, went through all kinds of diets and even starved for weeks. Do you know the result? I began to weigh 132 kg!
How did it happen? As easy as shelling pears, like many people in this world.
Did you know that over 30% of people around the world are obese?
As we have it - recovered, then we need to go on a diet. They sustained the diet, lost weight and ran back to the usual diet, on which they were recovering before. Vicious circle.
And if you could not stand all the dietary restrictions? All the products that caught my eye fell off and the entrance went - the jam begins.
And no one wants to admit to himself that it is already too much, that the weight is too big. We often turn a blind eye to our excess weight. And the more overweight, the more we try to get around this topic.
But if an epiphany suddenly comes, we are again looking for a new fashionable diet. Again a vicious circle.
It is necessary to change your diet, change your eating habits, lifestyle, and only then it is possible to get rid of excess weight once and for all.
Only nutritional control will help us. And I managed to learn how to control nutrition, change eating habits by counting calories.
It is not necessary to arrange an indicative spanking out of weight loss, punishing yourself for being overweight. You can lose weight comfortably, tasty and not starving, if you approach the process rationally.
Only we ourselves can help ourselves to change.
I'll tell you about my day and the menu.
On Sunday, on a day off, getting up early is about us. Well, why do we always need something? There would be no lie down until 10 o'clock, take a nap, get up, cook a delicious breakfast. But no - it's not for us.
The most interesting thing is that most of my life I was an owl. No matter how much I went to bed, getting up early was very difficult for me. "Five more minutes" is about me.
Now I get up early, even if I don't need anywhere. But I still need 5 minutes to build. I was always surprised at those people who get up without problems. Here is my husband - he turned off the alarm - got up, got dressed and as if 2 minutes ago he hadn't slept sweetly. I still need to twist, stretch, lie down and only then persuade myself to get up to meet the new day.
Early in the morning I didn't want to cook anything special for breakfast, so again sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with fish pate (40 g) and melted cheese (45 g).
I drank green tea with sandwiches. Breakfast for 425 kcal.
And after breakfast, we went to the abandoned gardens, which are located right under the windows of our LCD and have long turned into a small field with wild plants.
We needed to collect cherry leaves, black chokeberry and I also wanted to see if the blackthorn was ripe.
This year is not very fruitful. And there are few mountain ash, and sea buckthorn, but the blackthorn is small and not to say that its placers on the branches.

After our forest air, I always want to eat.
Dom had a snack with suluguni cheese (50 g) with coffee. I have coffee with 100 g of milk 2.5% and 15 g of salted caramel syrup.
The snack came out on 235 kcal
For lunch I boiled buckwheat for everyone. And it was not for nothing that I cooked cutlets on Friday - that came in handy. I don't want to cook at all and cutlets just help out at such moments.
I have 110 g of boiled buckwheat and 120 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese for lunch. I persuaded myself to eat 100 g of a cucumber. The last week the vegetables are going very badly, I really don't want to.
My lunch turned out to be 270 kcal.
And even ate. Apparently a hearty snack made itself felt.
For dinner I fried chum salmon steaks on the electric grill and made a sauce based on sour cream, garlic and pickled cucumber for them. With a fish, this sauce is just a bomb.
I have 200 g of chum salmon fried on an electric grill and 50 g of sauce. I try to persuade myself to buy vegetables - 100 g of cucumber.
Dinner went out on 350 kcal.
I made apple pie for tea. The cake turned out to be unusual. Or rather, not familiar to us with a fluffy dough, but moist with a huge amount of apples and a minimum amount of flour. With a creamy dough consistency - delicate-tender. I really liked it.
Piece of pie (120 g - 170 kcal) I tried it with tea in the evening, but I always follow the rule - the last meal is 3 hours before bedtime.
Not eating after 18 hours to lose weight is delirium, discomfort and hungry sleep.
In just a day I got it 1450 kcal. B107, Zh64, U102.
The rate of water is drunk. I drink water on an empty stomach, as soon as I wake up and then a glass before each meal. I finish the rest of the water during the day.
