Today I want to invite you to make a delicious peanut pie.
The pie is moderately sweet, it has a light, airy dough, a juicy nut filling and a very tasty, crispy nut cap.

Let's cook
- 200 grams of roasted peanuts must be chopped, I chop the peanuts medium. Optionally, peanuts can be substituted for walnuts
Add to the peanuts
- 80 grams or 4 tbsp. tablespoons without top sugar
- 3 grams or 1 tsp. a spoonful of cinnamon
We mix.
- add 50 grams of butter, for convenience, I cut it into pieces. Grind everything together until smooth
Next, the dough is prepared quickly enough, so do not forget to turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
All foods should be at room temperature.
- to 70 grams of soft butter
- add 80 grams or 4 tbsp. tablespoons without top sugar
- 10 grams or 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
Beat well with a mixer so that the oil becomes airy.
- add 1 egg each time, whisking everything well with a mixer each time. In total we need 2 eggs
- add 130 grams of thick natural yoghurt, if desired, yoghurt can be replaced with sour cream. Stir until smooth
- add 4 grams or 1/2 tsp. tablespoons of soda. Mix at low speed of the mixer until smooth
Sifting add
- 160 grams or 8 tbsp. no topped spoons of wheat flour
- 5 grams or 1 full tsp. a spoonful of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Stir at low speed of the mixer, briefly, until smooth.
I bake a cake in a 19 cm diameter pan. I close the bottom of the form with parchment paper, the sides of the form with Teflon tape.
Instead of tape, you can use parchment paper or grease the edges of the mold with butter and lightly dust with flour.
- put half of the dough into a mold and level
- evenly spread half of the peanut mixture on the dough, stepping back from the edge about a centimeter
- spread the remaining dough on the peanuts, gently level without mixing it with the peanut layer
- evenly spread the remaining peanut mixture on the dough
We remove the bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes, the baking time depends on the size of the cake and your oven, I baked the cake for 50 minutes.
We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick, pierce it in the middle, since the middle is baked very last. If the stick comes out dry, without residues of wet dough, then the cake is ready.
Let the cake cool in the form for 10-15 minutes and release it from the form.
Leave on a wire rack to cool to room temperature.
For beauty, I sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
