Today I want to offer you a recipe for apple pancakes, in which there are a lot of apples and very little flour.

Cooking.
Peel and core the apples.
Cut into small cubes, the smaller the better. But I do not recommend grating, the dough will be too wet.
Beat two eggs with sweetener and add 25 g of whole grain flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
You can take any flour, I have rice.
Stir well so that there are no lumps left in the dough and add apples.
You can add cinnamon or vanillin to taste.
Stir and proceed to bake.
Lubricate the pan with a drop of oil and bake under a lid on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium heat under a lid. Keep an eye on the pancakes, it may take less time to bake.
When placing the apple dough in the pan, crush it, trying to distribute the apples more flat in the pan.
Very tasty pancakes for tea are quickly and simply obtained, which will not harm your figure.

Ingredients I used:
- 6-7 small apples - pure weight I got 270 g,
- 2 chicken eggs
- 25 g whole grain rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 sachets of sweetener is about 10 g of sugar,
- no more than 3 g of vegetable oil for frying pancakes.
KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 110, B - 4.85, F - 3.9, U - 13.
