Lazy gata in 20 minutes

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 400 gr. flour
  • a pack of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 hour l. soda
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Filling:

  • 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • half a packet of butter
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

For lubrication:

  • egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp. l. milk

How to cook:

1. Chop cold butter with a handful of flour for dough. Or rub it with your hands. Add baking soda and vanilla sugar, eggs and sour cream. Add flour and knead the dough. If there is not enough flour according to the recipe, then add more to make a lump of dough.

2. For the filling, mix sugar, vanillin and flour with butter. Divide into three bowls.

3. Divide the dough into three parts and roll each very thinly. Sprinkle the layer with your own share of the filling.

4. Roll the dough into a roll and cut diagonally into small pieces.

5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the gata on top of it. Top each piece with whipped yolk diluted with milk.

6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
