I remove the core from the apples and cut them in half. I spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

We will prepare the marshmallow. Very thin marshmallow! You know, in stores packing such a marshmallow: 50 grams costs 200 rubles!!! π Or even more. I do not know why it is so expensive, but it is a fact.
I add honey to the apples. Attention! You don't need to add honey at all. I only do this so that the marshmallow is smooth and does not crack.
I also add some water. Puree everything in a blender. You can take a submersible.
π In principle, if there is no blender, then you can grind apples through a sieve. The main thing is that in the end we get mashed potatoes.
You can cook in the oven or electric dryer. My dryer has special marshmallow trays. I lubricate the pallets with odorless vegetable oil, just a drop.
π’ Very important! Such a marshmallow can be prepared for half a year in advance, but! Then a tray for marshmallows or a baking sheet covered with parchment should be lubricated not with vegetable oil, but, for example, with coconut. It will not turn rancid when stored for a long time.
I pour out the applesauce (I have 500 grams per pallet. puree). If desired, you can also sprinkle with flax seeds, sesame seeds, any nuts or nothing.
