Moreover, this chocolate dessert is prepared very simply and rather quickly. Even a child can handle it. Optionally, the cream can be replaced with fat milk, the dessert will also work. Another advantage of such a jelly dessert is that it can be prepared on the eve of the holiday, while saving precious time on the day of the celebration. If you have a dark chocolate bar and cream, then try this light chocolate dessert, it won't disappoint you!

Ingredients:

  • cream 15-20% - 350 ml
  • black chocolate - 80 g
  • sugar - 70 g
  • water 40 ml
  • gelatin - 10 g

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 10 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 40 ml of water. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell.

2. Pour 350 ml of cream into a saucepan. For this dessert, cream with a fat content of 15-20% is suitable. I used 15% cream. Pour 70 g of sugar here. We put everything on fire. Heat the cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally. You do not need to boil the cream; it is enough to heat it up to about 70-80 degrees. If the cream comes to a boil, it may curl.

3. The cream is hot, remove it from the stove. Put 80 g of dark chocolate in hot cream. Mix everything until the chocolate is completely dissolved. It is more convenient to stir with a whisk, so the chocolate dissolves faster and the mass becomes more homogeneous.

4. When the chocolate is completely dissolved, add the already swollen gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. If the chocolate mass has cooled down, then it is better to heat the gelatin separately in the microwave, and then pour it liquid into the chocolate mixture.

5. Pour the prepared chocolate mass into bowls. I got 4 bowls of 150 ml each. Put the dessert in the refrigerator to freeze for about 1-2 hours.

6. The dessert is already frozen, we decorate it with sugar beads. Serve the finished dessert.
