50 g of ham, two eggs and I got delicious and hearty scrambled eggs for breakfast. And with tea I ate a sandwich on homemade bread (40 g) with pollock caviar (30 g).

Already the second loaf of bread was baked with sourdough. This bread makes me very happy. Pa calorie content is lower than bread on kefir (available in the recipe catalog), but it’s more fiddling with it, you cannot do 5 minutes. All my family members liked it, and since the bread in our stores is disgusting, it was decided to bake their own homemade bread on an ongoing basis.

Today I was going to go to bed late and I still managed to add 45 g of cheese to tea. Snack 3 hours before bedtime for 155 kcal
