My breakfast is for 435 kcal consisted of sandwiches with green tea.
Homemade bread sandwiches (85 g) with curd cheese (40 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (70 g). I put a couple of lettuce leaves for freshness.

I'm baking, I can't stop - the fittings of freshly baked bread, spreading throughout the house, cheer up, and the taste of bread cannot be compared with the purchased one.

During a break from work, I had a snack with persimmon (120 g) and 25 g of nuts - 240 kcal.
And I drank more green tea, which was not included in the photo. But green tea is my constant companion. If I work at a computer, then a mug of tea is definitely next to me.
For lunch, I warmed up the last portion of lazy cabbage rolls (400 g) - 300 kcal.
Like in time I ran out of a huge pot of lazy cabbage rolls just in time for the weekend.
And for dinner I warmed up a turkey breast with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes (130 g) and 120 g of potato cutlets with cheese. Added cucumbers (150 g). Dinner went out on 510 kcal
And I think it's time to start drinking vitamin drinks that are pleasing to the eye and bring only benefits.
In the evening I pampered myself with sea buckthorn tea with orange, mint, star anise and honey. 70 kcal.
The total calorie content of the day is 1555 kcal. B - 107, F - 75, U - 113.
And the promised salad recipe. The meat salad is very, very satisfying and therefore you should not cook it in large quantities, otherwise the guests will only eat it
Unfortunately, there is no photo, I was preparing a salad, I don't remember the last time.
It will be needed for the salad:
- boiled beef, gram 400-500
- pickled cucumbers, gram 200
- 3-4 medium onions,
- a handful of walnuts,
- 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking.
Cut the boiled beef and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Finely chop half of the onion and add to the meat.
Fry the rest of the onion in a little oil and send it to the meat; try to add oil as little as possible to the salad.
Chop the garlic and walnuts and add to the meat.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Dressed traditionally with mayonnaise and let the salad brew for several hours.
The original recipe uses beef, but if you wish, I think you can make the salad cheaper and use chicken.
