Three recipes using canned fish: pate, appetizer and salad.
I always have two types of canned fish in my kitchen cabinet: sprat in tomato and tuna in its own juice. Sprat in tomato most often we eat just with bread when we really wanted to. But I use tuna for recipes. I add it to salads, pates, or make my favorite quick snack with avocado and onions.
Riet (appetizer) of tuna and avocado with onions
Ingredients: avocado 1 pc, onion 1 pc, canned tuna 1 can, sesame seeds 2 tablespoons, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lemon juice
How to cook: Dice the avocado, chop the onion with a blender or chop very finely. Send canned fish to avocado and onion, add lemon juice, oil and sesame seeds, mash everything well with a fork and can be served.

Salad with baked potatoes, tomatoes and canned tuna
Ingredients: potatoes 4 pcs medium, tomatoes 15-200 grams, canned tuna 1 can, red onion 1 pc small, lettuce, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, paprika
How to cook: Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, salt, add paprika and oil. Stir and send to bake until tender. Chop the onion and pickle in vinegar or lemon juice. Chop tomatoes and lettuce leaves arbitrarily. In a salad bowl, combine all vegetables, hot potatoes and canned tuna. Season the salad with vegetable oil and serve while the potatoes are warm.
Breakfast pâté with canned tuna, eggs and tomatoes
Ingredients: canned fish 1 can, 2 eggs, small tomatoes 2, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, parsley or dill, salt to taste
How to cook: Chop boiled eggs and tomatoes at random and send to the blender bowl. Pour the liquid from canned fish into a separate cup, and send the fish to a blender. Add oil and some parsley. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass, if necessary, you can add liquid from canned food if the pate turns out to be too thick. Salt and pepper to taste. Such a paste is stored in the refrigerator for no more than two days.
